I'm the kind of person who cares too much about hygiene, in fact, those who are close to me sometimes call me banidoso(vain). Aside from using various soaps, cleansers, whitening lotions and creams, I also care about perspiration.

It has always been a big issue for me to smell good so people around won't have to suffer from any bad odor. HAHAHAHA!

I am not convinced by how the different commercially-available deodorants present themselves and promise to take care of my perspiration issues. So I tried using Avon Quelch Whitening Anti-Perspirant Deodorant Cream when I was on my first year in 
College.

I heard about its proven effectiveness from my auntie who happened to be an Avon dealer 

that time. My mom also used it  before  and I also saw how this product stayed true to its 
promises.

Anyway, here are the things this product promises to its users:

+ Leaves underarms feeling fresh and dry even in the most demanding situations.

+ Whitens skin with Birch Extract and bleaches underarm hair with Chamomile.

+ Provides 24-hour odor and wetness protection, while being gentle on the skin.

+ Non-sticky and non-staining.

+ Powder Fresh scent.

I have been using this product for three years and I never planned to change this one as my deodorant since I prefer a deodorant cream rather than the conventional deodorant we have in the market. Also, I noticed that the promises stated above are indeed achieved while using this product.

After a long day, I can't smell anything bad from my underarm, even when I ask our manang to smell it for me(close kami kaya wala na sa amin yun! hahaha!). Also, manang Beth never complained that my uniform was stained with this deodorant. Furthermore, my underarm never looked so dark while using this product. But what I really liked most about this product is that it really helped in bleaching my underarm hair so I never had the need to shave it due to its volume.

VERDICT

I definitely recommend this to everyone and I will surely buy another one once my nth bottle is empty. :-)

I personally don't know much about Yves Rocher until I've read some of the reviews on its products over the internet. I found out that there are a lot of bloggers who got satisfied with the results of cointinuously using its products. I joined one of Yves Rocher's online contest and luckily, I was one of their winners so I had the chance to experience what their products do and post a review about it here.

Hydra Vegetal is the latest skin care line by Yves Rocher so it is a good idea to make a review about how this newbie performs.

The kit comes with a Cleansing milk, toner and a facial cream. The cleansing milk has to be applied first, followed by the toner and the cream. At first, I thought that these will be very sticky since it came from saps but upon application, I noticed that it was actually smooth yet a little bit oily. But compared to the other brands/creams I used, its viscosity/texture is more tolerable that I almost don't bother about it.

Initially, my skin looks dull and rough and lacks color and vibrance

.Upon the application of the cleansing milk, my skin looked more lively and moisturized but I didn't like the shine which indicates the presence of much oil.

After the application of the cleansing milk, I got another cotton ball, filled some toner, and dabbed it onto my face. After doing so, I found out how filthy the cotton ball was. It's a good thing because it means that it really helped in removing dirt on my face.

Finally, I gently applied the cream on my face and noticed that I looked more moisturized with a lessed shine compared earlier. I also loved the fact that my skin looked brighter and livelier.

Just got my Hydra Vegetal 7-Day Program Kit from Yves Rocher Southmall.
I never got shy when I entered the store since the staff is very approachable and professional.
The guy who assisted me was actually the one who offered to take the picture above.
Also, he even asked for my calling card so he can invite to the future events of Yves Rocher. However, I didn't have any so I just told him to contact me through the phone number I wrote on the receiving form.

All in all, the visit was very cool and comfortable on my part.

 I'll be posting an article about the product later tonight.

Good morning netizens!
I'm really ecstatic right now as I am preparing for my first endeavor as a facilitator of a Leadership Training.
I'm having lots of emotions at the same time right now.

Pinoy Style Cheese Cake Recipe

Pinoy Style Cheese Cakes

Our own version of Cheese Cake is definitely very Pinoy and yummy!.
It is compact and solid, with a contrasting sweet and salty cheese taste.
I like using part-butter, part-oil to keep my cake moist, even after refrigeration, which is not really conventional in baking.

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup Butter, softened
1/2 cup Sugar
4 medium Eggs

Dry Ingredients
2 1/2 cup All-purpose Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/4 teaspoon Salt

Wet Ingredients
2 cans Condensed Milk
1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
1 cup Cheese, shredded, half to mix in, half for topping

PROCEDURE:

Pre-heat oven at 350°F;
1 Mix together the dry ingredients and sift. In a separate container, mix together the condensed milk and vegetable oil.

2 Cream butter with sugar until light in color. Add the eggs one at a time.

3 Add alternately the dry and wet ingredients, starting and ending with the dry, BUT DO NOT OVER-BEAT.

4 Stir in the cheddar cheese.

5 Using an ice cream scoop, portion the mix on lined cupcake pans and bake for 25 mins or after testing for doneness.

I'm Happy Being Single

Nakakatuwang isipin na single pa rin ako ngayon.

Sa totoo lang, masaya ako sa pagiging single. Although minsan, hindi ko maiwasang mainggit sa aking kuya, sa mga kaibigan at marami pang couples lalo na kapag nakikita ko silang naglalambingan(LAMBINGAN talaga?!) Hahahaha. :-))

Normal din naman akong tao. Nagkakagusto din naman ako, yun nga lang madalas, hanggang sa pagkakacrush lang talaga. Nauunahan kasi ako ng napakaraming WHAT IFs kaya kadalasan hindi ako naglalakas loob na magsabing gusto ko ang isang tao!

Noon, umiiyak ako kapag alam kong hanggang crush na lang talaga ang nararamdaman ko. Pero ngayon ok na sa akin ang lahat! Narealize ko kasi na hindi lang naman ang pagkakaroon ng partner ang nakakapagbigay ng kasiyahan sa isang tao. At lalong hindi naman ang pagkakaroon ng bf/gf ang syang tanging magbibigay kulay sa ating buhay( TAMA BA?!).

Ok din naman talaga ang pagiging single. You'll get to enjoy everything without limitations or restrictions from anyone. Walang magagalit o magseselos kapag lumalabas ka with your friends o kaya kapag nanonood ka ng movies mo sa sinehan. In fact, kapag single ka, pwedeng-pwede kang makipag kabigan sa kahit sinong sa tingin mo ay magiging kapalagayan mo ng loob.

Sa kaso ko rin, I can focus on my studies kasi wala akong ibang taong iniintindi at kailangang alalahanin. :-))

Pero guys, baka naman awayin nyo ako dahil lang sinasabi ko yung mga bagay na sa tingin ko ay advantages ng pagiging single. Of course, marami din namang naiudulot na ksihayan when you are in a relationship. But I have to put emphasis on what my situation is, diba?

Hindi ko rin sinasabi na hindi maaring maranasan ng mga in-a-relationship ang mga nararanasan ko, at hindi ko rin naman sinasabing hindi ko maaring maranansan ang mga nararanasan nila. Wala naman kasing batas ang nagsasabi na magkaganun.

Sa huli, it is still up to us if we'll choose to be HAPPY.

Anyway, guys, pagpasensyahan nyo na lang ako. Sadyang madrama lang ako. :-)

Sa huli, naniniwala ako na ang pagiging single ay isang biyaya. Isa itong oportunidad upang malaman natin na hindi natin kailangan ng isang relasyon o nang anupaman para maranasan ang lahat ng kaligayahan at kagandahang maibibgay ng mundong ito. Sa katunayan, ang pagmamahal pa lang ng pamilya natin at ng Diyos, more than enough na eh!
